Upon entering the apartment, we saw an open bookcase that separates the office from the social area, but without preventing  visual permeability. We enter a large living room integrated with the dining room and the  balcony, which had its floor leveled and covered with the same demolition wood laid out in fish scales as the rest of the social area.

The dining and balcony tables have the same design and the table width, and can be joined on days of large events.

The dining room can also be integrated into the kitchen through a large sliding door that hides behind the crockery cabinet when opened.
